I put up an ad on rp_me looking for partners to play original characters in a fantasy-like setting. I stated that I'm not familiar with modern settings. I never stated that I wouldn't play them, but it's just not something I'm used to. Then, RL hit and unexpectedly at that. I just now got this IM.
